BLACKROLL® MED: With the 30 cm long foam roller for the back, you can effectively relieve tension and adhesions in your muscles and fascia. Our MED massage roller is made of a softer material and is therefore particularly suitable for gentle self-massage of the lower and upper back. BLACKROLL® BALL 12: The fascia ball with a diameter of 12 cm can be used for circular massages. The smaller contact surface compared to the fascia roller enables you to work deeper into the tissue during self-massage and thus also dissolve stubborn tensions.
