FAQ

How do I use the product correctly?
You can use the product for faster muscle recovery after sports. Apply the balm thinly to the stressed muscle areas and gently massage it in to improve recovery and prevent muscle soreness. Tip from us: If you apply the balm directly after showering, the effect can be very intense, because your skin pores are opened. Test the product on smaller areas first. Especially if you tend to have circulation problems, you should use it slowly.
Can I apply the balm before sports?
Yes, some of the essential oils in the balm can stimulate blood circulation and are therefore suitable for activation before training or competition.
I don’t do that many sports. Is the balm still something for me?
Yes, for sure! Our Balm can also help you with tension (e.g., in the neck area) and relieve pain.
What does it feel like on the skin?
First of all, it's pretty individual. Nevertheless, we will try to describe to you how the balm feels on the skin: The menthol it contains provides a cooling effect at the beginning. Depending on the condition of the body (e.g., warmed up directly after sports or in a relaxed situation) and how high the ambient temperature is, you will feel a differently pronounced, alternating cooling and warming effect. You will feel this effect for about an hour. The effect can be recreated by taking a hot or cold shower.
What does the product smell like?
The smell of the balm is fresh and minty due to the eucalyptus and peppermint oil and menthol.
Is the product suitable for pregnant or nursing women?
We do not recommend the product for pregnant women or nursing mothers, as it can be very stimulating.
Does the product leave stains on clothes?
No. The balm is quickly absorbed and does not leave grease. However, we recommend that you let the balm absorb completely before getting dressed.
What is the texture of the balm?
Our balm is slightly thicker than common body lotions. The texture is soft: the balm is easy to spread on the skin, absorbs quickly and does not become greasy. The balm is beige to yellowish, the color comes from the contained sea buckthorn.
Can I return the product?
Yes, but the product must be intact and unused. The seal on the folding box must not be opened.

How to use

You can apply the balm thinly to the stressed muscle areas. Apply the balm in circles on the skin areas and treat yourself to a gentle massage. In our FAQ we have compiled further tips for the application for you. 

Ingredients

The interaction of 5 pure ethereal oils (eucalyptus, peppermint, cypress, juniper, frankincense) make our balm so unique. We have selected the skin caring ingredients so that the balm is quickly absorbed and not greasy. Our RECOVERY BALM is vegan, animal-free and contains no alcohol, parabens, silicones or nuts.
