1. What the legal guarantee covers
All products you buy from blackroll.gr are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two (2) years from delivery. The legal guarantee applies automatically, at no extra cost, and does not need to be activated.
As the seller, we are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period — for example, if the product does not match its description or does not function as intended.
2. What you are entitled to
- Free repair or free replacement of the product.
- In some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
3. What to do
- Contact us as soon as possible to report the issue, at info@blackroll.gr or through our contact form.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, order confirmation or bank statement.

4. Commercial guarantees
Some products may also come with a commercial guarantee from the manufacturer. A commercial guarantee applies independently from the legal guarantee and does not limit your rights under it.
5. Legal guarantee and right of withdrawal
The legal guarantee covers faulty or non-conforming products. It is different from the 14-day right of withdrawal, which lets you return a product without giving a reason. See our Right of Withdrawal and Returns pages.
