The PRO foam roller is 50% harder than the STANDARD, and palpably increases muscular elasticity and performance with little effort and simple exercises. Due to its extreme hardness, however, it should be noted that the PRO is only the right roller for experienced users or those with high pain tolerance. Regular exercise with the PRO will allow its relaxing effects to last longer. Functional exercises can also be varied and intensified with the BLACKROLL® PRO. You can find a variety of exercises on our home page, as well as in the BLACKROLL® APP - so you can get started right away.

We have compiled a variety of exercises with the STANDARD foam roller. You can also perform these exercises with the PRO foam roller. However, since the material of the PRO is 50% harder, we recommend the exercises to people who roll a lot and already have experience.
